Marketing Manager
We are looking for an ambitious and talented Marketing Manager to be responsible for expanding our growing our Marketing organisation and impact the sustainable finance industry
⭐️ The Opportunity
As our Marketing Manager, you will be part of a rapidly growing company and team. You’ll get the opportunity to build up our marketing operations from scratch. Some highlights of the opportunity:
- Work with a product that drives more capital into sustainable investments
- Work both on a strategic and operational level
- Work with a diverse team from different nationalities and backgrounds
- Work closely with the Management team at Datia
📚 Your Work
You will be the first marketing hire into our rapidly growing company. As such, you'll be responsible for growing our marketing strategy and team. You will work closely with the management, design, sales, and product teams. Your day-to-day responsibilities include
- Create & Implement the marketing strategy
- Run and manage campaigns across different platforms
- Create impactful sustainability data stories
- Own our marketing budget
- Cooperate with Sales, Design, and Product

- An interest in Sustainability and Finance
- Experience from an early-stage SaaS company
- Experience working with digital marketing and marketing automation
- Experience working with Data Storytelling
- Copywriting experience
- Driven self-starter who wants to learn and grow
