As our Relationship Manager, you will be part of a rapidly growing company and team. You’ll get the opportunity to work closely with the other teams at Datia and impact strategy, product and sales. Some highlights of the opportunity:

📚 Your Work
This is a role with a broad set of responsibilities. You will be working closely with the founders, management team, product team, sales, and Datia's customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Manage day-to-day operations and maintain long term business relationships with our customers
- Assist customers throughout processes such as introduction, scoping and onboarding, implement and promote adoption of our products and services
- Providing guidance within sustainable finance and ESG, both to Datia's teams and to our customers
- Support the Product team with customer feedback, you're the nexus between our customers and our company
- Be a constant advocate for our customers, looking out for them every step of the way
👟 About you
You are a "people person", with knowledge on sustainability and/or sustainable finance, like to listen in and get to engage and understand customer needs and wants.

- You have professional proficiency in English (Other languages are a big plus)
- You have experience within sustainability, preferably sustainable finance
- You are comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS start-up/scale-up
- You have an understanding of the challenges within sustainable finance investors face today, and interest in how to overcome them
- Passion for customer success and service mentality
- You are curious and have a talent for engaging and understanding different stakeholder with different needs
