We'll pitch Datia and get you excited to join. You'll tell us about yourself and what gets you excited to get to work everyday. We'll also use this chance to see whether both our expectations align.

We create a customised task for each role that we'll ask you to complete. We use this opportunity to trial what working together could be like, and for you to see how we work at Datia.

⚖️ 3. Cultural alignment
The last interview in our process. A conversation where you'll meet more team members, and we'll learn more about what drives you and what kind of environment you thrive in.
